Returns Policy

Return / Exchange your order

If you want to return or exchange products, you can, as long as we receive them back to our warehouse within 15 days from the date of delivery in a resellable condition. We are sorry but we don’t accept returns on confectionery, personalised products, helium canisters, pre-filled party bags, pants, hosiery or wigs.

Please note that we will not cover the cost of returning products unless products are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied, and if a discount was applied to your order, returned items will be refunded with the discount price paid. All returned products are inspected when we receive them. If a product is returned in a condition we think is unfit for reselling, we won’t process the refund and we’ll return it to you.
